Step 1: Complete the tender form and make a non-refundable payment of two thousand dollars ($2000) or Seven hundred and fifty thousand naira(N750,000) only in favour of Centenary City FZ(CCFZE).

Note: use a functional email for all your correspondences

You will receive an email containing our OneDrive share Folder titled Centenary City Primary Infrastructure and a password to access the shared folder consisting “Technical bid.xls” and “Financial bid.xls” along with other bid documents.

Step 2: Click on download to download the documents and prepare your bid

Step 3: Submission: Bidders should open the one drive shared folder and create a new folder for their submissions.

Select new to create a new folder and title it with the company name

Select Upload > Files or Upload > Folder.

Select the files or folder you want to upload.

And this will be uploaded to the shared folder.

If you need to attach more files, repeat the steps above.

Note: This submission should be completed before the bid expiration date.

Step 4: Acknowledgement: Once the tender is submitted, you will receive    an acknowledgement email from the Project team.

Step 5: Opening: Bidders will be communicated via their registered email on the date to open submitted bids.
